By placing an order, you agree to these terms and all policies listed on this website.

Live Sale Claims

Items claimed during Instagram, Facebook, or other live sales are considered reserved for the purchaser. Failure to pay invoices or shipping within the stated timeframes may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of future claim privileges.

Product Information

We strive to photograph every item accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or mobile device.

Natural minerals often contain inclusions, fractures, druzy pockets, matrix, or other naturally occurring characteristics. These are part of the beauty of genuine crystals and are not defects.

Open Box Policy

Open Boxes may remain open for up to 3 months.

We reserve the right to close an Open Box at any time.

Shipping invoices are due within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to pay shipping within that time may result in forfeiture of items remaining in the box.

Limitation of Liability

Kyria's Crystals & Curiosities is not liable for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the items ordered.
