Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Orders containing Live Sale Claims or Open Boxes may ship on a different schedule.

Shipping Protection

We proudly offer optional Seel Shipping Protection at checkout.

If purchased, Seel may cover eligible packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

If shipping protection is declined, the customer accepts responsibility for any shipping-related damage or loss after the package has been delivered to the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.
