Due to the unique nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Each crystal, fossil, shell, and handmade item is one-of-a-kind and may contain natural variations in color, inclusions, texture, or shape. These characteristics are not considered defects.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping and you purchased Seel Shipping Protection, please file a claim directly through Seel for reimbursement or replacement according to their policy.

Orders that do not include shipping protection are shipped at the customer's risk. Kyria's Crystals & Curiosities is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit once they have been handed to the shipping carrier.

If you receive the wrong item due to our mistake, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will work to make it right.
