Our live sales are a fun, fast-paced way to shop one-of-a-kind crystals, fossils, jewelry, and curiosities. Here's everything you need to know before claiming.
How It Works
- Join us live on Instagram when we go live.
- When you see an item you'd like, comment the item number (or requested format) as instructed during the live.
- The first claim that appears on our screen receives the item.
- After the sale, your claims will be uploaded to our website as a single product under your name.
- Add your claim listing to your cart and complete checkout.
Payment
Invoices are generally posted within 24–72 hours after the live sale, depending on sale volume.
Payment is due within 24 hours after your listing becomes available unless other arrangements have been made.
Failure to pay may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Being blocked from future live sales
Please only claim items you intend to purchase.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated during checkout based on your order weight.
You are welcome to add additional items from the website before checking out.
Orders are generally packed and shipped within 3–5 business days, and tracking information will be emailed once your package ships.
Shipping Insurance
Every shipment includes up to $100 of carrier insurance.
For additional protection, we recommend selecting Worry-Free Delivery during checkout.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos of:
- the damaged item(s)
- the packaging
- the shipping label
We'll gladly help you file an insurance claim whenever applicable.
Claiming Policy
By claiming an item during a live sale, you are committing to purchase it.
Because every item is one-of-a-kind, claims cannot simply be returned to inventory without affecting other customers.
Please shop responsibly and claim only items you intend to purchase.
