No returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for any damaged products received. However, please do let us know if something arrives broken and we will assist with filling an insurance claim. Only $100 in insurance is included. If you wish to obtain additional insurance, please let us know.

At checkout, you may choose to leave your box open as a shipping option. This means that we will hold your items here and you can continue adding crystals to it as a way to save on shipping. When ready to ship your box, let us know and you will receive a final shipping invoice. Note that boxes may remain open until they fill a large box or 6 months have passed, whichever happens first.
